How soon will I receive my order?

For the most part, we despatch within 24 hours, however, to allow for the unforeseen(!),
we guarantee a 48 hour working day turnover from receiving your order.
 
We use Royal Mail or a Courier depending on the size of your order.

Will my order be in a gift bag?

Accepted Answer

Well... it can be. We don't send Gift Bags out as a matter of course because often they just get thrown away.  If you want to give something as a gift, please ask for a bag.😊

What if I change my mind?

If you change your mind we offer a no quibble money back guarantee within 14 days of purchase.
If your product is faulty (a pox upon us!) we will refund the cost and the postage upon receipt of the faulty item.

Can I buy Charmology items in a shop?

No. We only sell online.. 
You may find some of our end of lines or samples on our ebay site - CHARMOLOGY OUTLET.  
But if its on this site we won't be selling it anywhere else.

Is Charmology an ethical purchase?

Accepted Answer

Yes! 
We do not buy any Gemstone Beads from any mines - anywhere.
We feel that we have taken enough from this planet and so we use repurposed, recycled gemstone beads or beads that are sustainable and do not diminish our planet.

Do you support any charities?

Yes we do.

Are there any allergens in Charmology products?

Accepted Answer

That's a difficult one.  We cannot specify that our products are allergen free - it depends what the allergy is.
As far as the metal content goes, for silver we only use 925 Silver & for Gold we use 18CT.
If the item is Silver Plate we only use 925 Silver Plate.
There is no Nickel and/or Cadmium in any Charmology products.

What is your policy on plastic & packaging?

Basically we don't use any plastic, whenever possible.
We absolutely DO NOT use single use plastics but the elastic in our bracelets is made from stretchy thread.  We don't consider that a single use plastic - we hope you'll wear your bracelets more than once! We have to use stretchy thread so you can get them over your wrists, but we are always looking for a replacement. if you know of a totally eco friendly elastic we can use, please email us here: hello@buddhabeads.online.
